Support the Korea Sales team by managing compliance reviews, documentation, and operational processes to ensure smooth execution of sales-related activities
Work closely with multiple Operating Units (OUs), maintaining accuracy in reports and supporting event documentation
Manage compliance reviews from Sales requests
Handle Sales Event documents through CVENT / Onit systems
Execute buying processes for Sales requests via Ariba
Prepare and maintain weekly inventory reports across 4 Operating Units
Support SOGL processes through write-offs and cycle counts
Participate in ad-hoc projects and team initiatives
Fixed-term individual contributor position for 18 months
Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s degree qualifications
0–3 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role, preferably in the medical device or multinational company environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports for decision-making
Computer literacy including Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
For sales reps and other patient facing field employees, comply with credentialing requirements at hospitals or clinics they support
