About the role
- Own and grow Surgical Valve Repair Portfolio and lead Next-Generation Cryoablation launch
- Build global strategies, product positioning, segmentation, targeting, pricing, and business model
- Develop marketing resources and partner with global regions for execution
- Map customer buying journey and analyze clinical literature and competitive intelligence
- Align with supply chain and operations for demand forecasts and manage prioritization of initiatives
- Lead launch team, downstream marketing leader on R&D Product Development Core Team
- Design integrated communications and promotions plan and ensure field readiness through training and enablement
- Monitor competitive responses and drive geography expansion strategies
- Serve as face of launch to senior leaders and cultivate KOL relationships
- Up to 30% travel
- Work a minimum of 4 days a week onsite
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of progressive experience in marketing, sales, or technical roles (minimum 2 years with an advanced degree)
- Proven expertise in product management and/or project management
- Medical device marketing experience, ideally within cardiac surgery or a highly technical clinical environment
- Proven product launch success, from strategy through execution
- Strong technical aptitude

- Up to 30% travel
