About the role
- Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner reporting operationally to the ENT Operating Unit President and functionally to the VP of HR for Neuroscience
Provide HR leadership and consultation to achieve strategic and organizational priorities
Accountable for organizational development and effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching, workforce planning and talent management
Collaborate with HR COEs and Shared Services to execute HR programs and initiatives
Design and implement organization development tools, process improvement, and training to enhance effectiveness
Facilitate change management and reengineering/reorganization efforts
Partner with leaders to develop change management plans, team effectiveness, employee engagement, inclusion and diversity initiatives
Partner across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Relations to drive talent strategies and implement compensation and benefits programs
Work onsite 4 days a week, Jacksonville, FL preferred location
Requirements
- Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree and at least 15 years of progressive experience in HR or Master’s degree and at least 13 years of progressive experience in HR
Nice to Have MBA with HR specification or Master’s degree in HR
In-depth knowledge of business management concepts and practical applications gained through cross-functional business experience
