Develop and execute strategies that provide the sales organization with information, content, expertise, and tools to help salespeople sell more effectively
Optimize buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, and opportunities, and improve communication
Create and deliver content, information, and tools to prepare sellers to deliver on company business goals
Use sales metrics to identify and quantify effective sales strategies and evaluate deployment methods
Interact and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Global Comms & Corp Marketing to support sales and marketing functions
Deliver and/or manage projects from design to implementation while adhering to policies and using specialized knowledge
Provide guidance, coaching and training; manage projects and potentially delegate work to lower level specialists
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in sales enablement or sales support (OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years experience)
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)
Knowledge and proficiencies in buyer behavior and go to market process
