Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business process requirements and identify automation opportunities
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, process workflows, and solution design documents
Leverage AI and UiPath to design and develop automation solutions to optimize business processes
Conduct rigorous testing to validate automation solutions against specified requirements
Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption
Assist in analyzing business data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
Develop comprehensive process workflows and solution design documents tailored to requirements
Ensure quality across automation initiatives and validate efficacy in enhancing operational efficiency

Specializing in AI & Automation and experience with UiPath
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent proficiency in T-SQL for database querying and analysis
Python skills for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and creating visualizations
Requirement elicitation: collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
Advanced Excel
Power BI Basics – able to import a dataset and create basic visuals
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including ability to think critically and outside of the box
Self-motivated with capability to meet deadlines on overlapping initiatives
Basic understanding of US Healthcare/RCM
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
Curiosity
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (listed as nice-to-have)
Exploratory data analysis (nice-to-have)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
3+ years experience with strong SQL skills
