About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business process requirements and identify automation opportunities
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, process workflows, and solution design documents
- Leverage AI and UiPath to design and implement automation solutions that optimize business processes
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of automation solutions against specified requirements
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption of automation solutions
- Assist in analyzing business data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making using T-SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI
- Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings and support operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years with strong SQL skills
- Excellent proficiency in T-SQL for database querying and analysis
- Intermediate Python skills for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and creating visualizations
- Advanced Excel
- Power BI Intermediate – Building Visuals, DAX
- Good in Exploratory Data Analysis
- Experience with Excel & PDFs
- Requirement gathering and documentation experience
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Self-motivated with capability to meet deadlines on overlapping initiatives
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business environments
- Curiosity
- Familiarity with UiPath and AI & Automation concepts (implied by role)
- Basic understanding of US Healthcare/RCM (nice to have)
