About the role

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business process requirements and identify automation opportunities.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, developing comprehensive process workflows and solution design documents.
  • Leverage AI and UiPath to optimize business processes through automation.
  • Conduct rigorous testing to validate automation solutions against specified requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption.
  • Assist in analyzing business data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
  • Use T-SQL and Python for database querying, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and creating visualizations.
  • Develop reports and basic Power BI visuals; use advanced Excel for analysis.
  • Work within Revenue Cycle Management context and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years with strong SQL skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in T-SQL for database querying and analysis.
  • Python skills for data cleaning, statistical analysis, and creating visualizations.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Power BI Basics – being able to import a dataset and create basic visuals.
  • Requirement elicitation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; develop process workflows and solution design documents.
  • Conduct rigorous testing to validate automation solutions against specified requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to think critically and outside of the box.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to meet deadlines on overlapping initiatives.
  • Basic understanding of US Healthcare/RCM.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Curiosity.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python (Nice to Have).
