About the role
- Execute sales strategies that drive overall achievement of sales targets
- Represent the division to the Medline sales force as product expert
- Assist sales teams with targeting, pitching the product line, in-servicing and supporting conversions
- Conduct product presentations and cadaveric demonstrations during surgeon visits
- Collaborate with residency and fellowship programs to support medical education initiatives
- Generate and track new surgeon sales leads; collaborate with sales agents and managers for follow-up and conversion
- Support sales representatives by answering product questions and providing technical guidance
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a business or clinical field
- At least 2 years of experience in Orthopedic foot & ankle or extremity sales/marketing operation room experience
- Demonstrated basic knowledge of products, customers and market needs
- Ability to analyze market trends to effectively develop presentations
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within, and external to, an organization
- Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)
