Sell targeted promotions, core distribution, seasons, and innovation via outbound phone calls to Convenience, Food, and Foodservice class of trade retailers
Achieve sales objectives within assigned territories and provide coverage across territories as needed
Communicate product, promotional, and marketing information to authorized retailers to generate sales, gain store placement, and fill distribution voids
Manage small chains and ensure all channel initiatives are met
Build and maintain business relationships with customer KDMs
Track feedback for planning future promotions and generating sales reports
Provide peer shadowing in partnership with management and participate in training of newly hired employees
Provide ongoing sales coaching and participate in team meetings
Requirements
