About the role
- Serve as a lead investigator within the ER Investigations Team
- Develop and execute comprehensive investigation plans
- Manage emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism
- Support HR and managers in identifying and resolving employee concerns

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience in managing labor and ER matters
