About the role
- Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and calibration.
- Support succession planning efforts by maintaining talent profiles and facilitating talent reviews.
- Maintain, report and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in execution of organization wide talent initiatives such as early career development programs.
- Collaborate on initiatives that enhance employee experience, recognition, and retention.
- Support internal communications related to talent programs and culture-building efforts.
- Administer Talent communication tools such as email campaigns and intranet sites.
- Maintain dashboards and reports on talent metrics (e.g., mobility, retention, development participation).
- Use data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience with HRIS and talent platforms preferred.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and tell a story.
