About the role

  • Assist in the administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and calibration.
  • Support succession planning efforts by maintaining talent profiles and facilitating talent reviews.
  • Maintain, report and analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in execution of organization wide talent initiatives such as early career development programs.
  • Collaborate on initiatives that enhance employee experience, recognition, and retention.
  • Support internal communications related to talent programs and culture-building efforts.
  • Administer Talent communication tools such as email campaigns and intranet sites.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports on talent metrics (e.g., mobility, retention, development participation).
  • Use data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or HR.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and talent platforms preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and tell a story.
