Talent Management Specialist

Sales

• Manage day-to-day relationships with Canadian & International customers; develop a deep understanding of customer goals and long-term business strategies.
• Guide and influence cross-functional teams within the Shearers organization to meet project objectives related to grocery sales in order to meet sales requirements and specifications.
• Collaboratively work with the Retail team and Shearer’s Commercial Team (SCT) partners to profitably grow company revenue.
• Identify and drive opportunities to grow retailer private brand share within categories where Shearer’s manufactures and competes.
• Facilitate, resolve and field questions from Canadian & International customer customers.
• Actively listens, probes and identifies customer concerns, understands the customers’ business and then translates into segment trends and/or market needs.
• Ensure efficient execution of value added solutions with regard to grocer sales.
• Effectively organize and communicate information across internal teams in a way that will motivate the organization with a clear vision of goals.
• Organize and lead customer meetings at Shearer’s facilities including cross functional teams.
• Lead new product opportunities from concept to launch.

Director – International Sales

Manager

• Serve as a technical resource for environmental, health and safety across 12 manufacturing and warehouse sites
• Work with corporate and plant leaders to drive down loss associated with incidents in the workplace
• Create and implement procedures that effectively control risk and reduce loss
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state safety, health, and environmental requirements
• Develop and execute network wide improvement plans and monitor performance
• Provide leadership to create a culture of employee empowerment and ownership of risk reduction practices and activities
• Perform site assessments and system evaluations
• Assist in the safety evaluation of new projects, equipment, and ventures; evaluate and recommend actions to reduce risk; participate in process safety reviews
• Support the organization and individual managers in meeting their safety improvement goals
• Monitor maintenance processes to ensure inspections and preventative maintenance routines are completed and documented
• Mentor staff, prepare educational material, and conduct regular training for associates

• Own and grow existing national QSR accounts, focusing on category expansion, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Drive new business development by delivering innovative, customized private label solutions to national and regional QSR chains.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using market insights, competitive intelligence, and industry relationships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, marketing, and supply chain to meet customer specs and profitability goals.
• Deliver accurate forecasting for revenue, volume, and sales performance.

• Navigate the Stage Gate process to vet new ideas and assess alignment with current capabilities and product offerings.
