About the role
- You drive new sales and ensure the continued growth of existing customer accounts
- You establish partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other relevant market stakeholders
- You maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- You build Maytoni’s brand presence by creating a strong commercial network and identifying new business opportunities
- You work closely with the Sales Director to align local strategies with global objectives

Requirements
- You have professional experience in field sales, especially in the acquisition of new customers
- You have proven track record in sales management within the lighting, design, or home décor industry (B2B focus)
- Strong network within the Hungarian or Romanian retail or wholesale or interior design sectors or architectural industries
- You are willing to travel extensively within Hungary or Romania and occasionally internationally
- You are fluent in Hungarian or Romanian and English
