About the role
- Own and develop key trading flows, including order management and fractional trading
- Work directly with senior leadership (Mislav Ilich, Christian Wöhlke, Pim Hannay) on topics critical to Upvest’s success
- Scale platform to handle millions of euros worth of orders and meet client scale requirements
- Expand access to new asset classes and enable innovative experiences for users across Europe
- Fully own product success with your team and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver client value
- Drive product discovery and delivery with a bias for impact and speed
- Define roadmap, OKRs and deliver tangible, client-value generating product increments
Requirements
- 4+ years experience working in Product Management roles
- Ideally 2+ years in Fintech specifically
- Experience in B2B SaaS or Investments and Trading is a plus
- Understanding of B2B clients’ and their users’ needs and how to delight them
- Clear bias for impact and speed in product discovery and delivery
- Ability to absorb knowledge on complex topics quickly
- Strong analytical skills and ability to break down complex concepts into consumable ideas and project phases
- Experience with product management toolkits (e.g., Linear, Slite, Miro, Figma)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
