Product Manager

• As Senior Product Manager, Acceptance, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of our payment acceptance solutions.
• You will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver features that improve the performance, reliability, and user experience of our pay-ins and checkout flows.
• You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Payouts from opportunity identification and scoping to launch, iteration, and adoption.
• Define and drive the Payment Acceptance roadmap, aligning closely with business goals, customer needs, and Payrails' broader platform strategy.
• Develop and track clear success metrics to measure product adoption, performance, and reliability, and use data to inform continuous improvements.
• Own the go-to-market strategy for new features and improvements by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and gather feedback.
• Conduct market and user research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure Payrails' Payment Acceptance offering is competitive, innovative, and customer-centric.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring strong communication and shared understanding throughout the product development process.
