About the role
- Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Gather and analyze user feedback to inform feature development and product enhancements
- Translate technical requirements and business needs into clear user stories and specifications
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product features
- Integration of web applications, especially microsoft oriented apps
- Lead out integration and implementation of web applications
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform continuous improvement efforts
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare and present product updates and roadmaps to stakeholders and executive leadership
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in technology or healthcare/financial services sectors.
- Technical background with strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
- Understanding of web application architecture
- Proficiency in creating formal product specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver successful software products.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
