About the role
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring alignment with Casca’s strategic goals.
- Define clear product roadmaps based on stakeholder input and user feedback.
- Drive product development with subject matter experts and designer partners.
- Lead feature release management and create user training materials.
- Champion user-centric design to ensure products are intuitive and high quality.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent user experiences.
- Drive the product vision and strategy and explore emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver best-in-class product experiences.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, preferably delivered customer-facing AI technology or financial service products.
- Degree in Computer Science or experience as an engineer preferred.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and/or financial services is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, innovate, and challenge the status quo to develop unique, differentiated products.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
- Willingness to work 5 days per week in the San Francisco office or relocate (role is based in San Francisco).
