About the role
- Strategy development and execution to drive frontline leader effectiveness, retention, and engagement.
- Partnerships with Talent Acquisition, Communications, Learning & Development, People Services Operations, People Insights & Analytics, Legal and more.
- Design and build tools, processes, and infrastructure to drive role clarity, performance, and growth for frontline teammates.
- Scaled deployment of these tools, processes, and infrastructure so they “stick” across multiple stakeholders (e.g. frontline teammates, field leaders, and HR business partners).
- Measure and monitor success, from designing systems to capture data to analyzing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in strategy development, managing a diverse portfolio of strategic projects, scaled deployments, change management, and cross-functional leadership.
- Strategic thinking: Track record of creating strategies and creating alignment with key stakeholders, including executives.
- Stakeholder engagement that fosters strong relationships, from senior executives to front-line teammates, to inform, enhance, and drive alignment around projects.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to navigate large data sets and develop complex analyses to derive meaningful insights.
- Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change.
- Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence a range of stakeholders, including senior audiences.
- Change management: Proven ability to inspire and influence different teams without direct authority, building strong partnerships and driving results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
