About the role
- Lead the design and execution of talent management and organizational development programs.
- Manage and enhance the performance management process, including goal setting and performance documentation.
- Lead functional and leadership succession planning and talent review processes globally.
- Provide career development guidance to managers.
- Manage and optimize the Talent Management System within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Develop and track workforce and talent analytics.
- Partner with Total Rewards to ensure linkage between performance outcomes and rewards.
- Oversee the individual development planning process for high potential employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive HR experience, with at least three (3) years in talent management, organizational development, or leadership development.
- Experience within a global or complex organization preferred.
- Experience using and administering Oracle HCM Cloud or similar Talent Management Systems strongly preferred.
