About the role
- Lead strategy and execution of the Care Delivery product roadmap, including health data ingestion, AI-enabled workflows, and Maven’s EHR
- Design and launch digital healthcare workflow products that empower providers, streamline clinical operations, and deliver better outcomes for members
- Partner with Program leads on initiatives to improve outcomes (e.g., reduce NICU length of stay, improve pregnancy and fertility risk detection, increase provider capacity)
- Manage systems and workflows enabling Care teams and Clinicians to provide quality and efficient care
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, AI platform, clinical operations, provider team, and executives
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers at the intersection of Tech and Healthcare, fostering first-principles thinking and innovation
- Lead product design for an AI-native organization, ensuring safe and natively designed AI experiences across product domains
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years leading teams or portfolios in digital healthcare or adjacent regulated industries
- Experience building provider- and clinical-facing workflow products in complex digital healthcare environments
- Exceptional analytical and qualitative skills to understand and define provider and member needs and segments
- Proven ability to manage roadmaps, track cross-functional dependencies, and prioritize effectively
- Outstanding collaboration and facilitation skills, with experience leading discussions with clinical teams or stakeholders
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with high visibility and accountability
- Experience in building and rolling out AI-native products that serve large and scaling customer facing teams
- Role is exclusively open to candidates in New York Metropolitan area, San Francisco/Bay Area, Seattle, Boston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C.
