Requirements
Proven experience in a Senior Product Manager role (or equivalent product role) within healthcare (required).
Comfort working with AI/ML-powered products, including data-driven iteration. (required).
Direct experience working with the Epic EHR ecosystem.
Track record of delivering products from zero to one and scaling them in complex environments.
Passion for Intuitive Design — turning complex requirements into seamless, human-centered experiences.
Strong ability to influence across teams and mentor other PMs.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect business strategy, clinical needs, and product delivery.
