About the role
- Handle customer and chef operations: inbox/WhatsApp, onboarding, de-escalate issues, keep updates crisp
- Manage recruitment flow: source, screen, schedule trials, onboard chefs and staff
- Billing & finance admin: invoice runs, refunds/credits, weekly reconciliation
- Maintain and create simple n8n/Zapier flows
- Compliance admin: NDAs, contractor packs, KYC/IDs, background checks, sales tax management, tidy files
- Process building: create SOPs and improve company-wide processes
Requirements
- 5–8 years in operations, including team lead experience
- Confident with Xero/Zoho CRM (or similar)
- Experience running recruitment and operations pipelines end-to-end
- Comfortable with technology and automations
- Able to communicate clearly, stay calm, and get hands dirty
- Nice to have: health/nutrition, hospitality or staffing background; Looker Studio, Xero, basic SQL/Apps Script
