About the role
- Own CRM automations: manage and optimise workflows in HubSpot and Zapier
- Ensure data hygiene: maintain clean, accurate CRM data for Sales and CS
- Report across the org: deliver reports to the Rev Ops Lead, Finance team, and CEO
- Empower outbound sales: build and manage high-quality prospect lists and data sets
- Streamline integrations: connect tools and systems across the go-to-market stack
- Analyse & optimise: track key metrics, uncover insights, and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and revenue growth
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Experience in data analysis (Google Sheets, SQL, or programming languages for analysis)
- Background in Sales Ops or Rev Ops at fast-growing startups (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with data tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, or programming languages
- Eagerness to learn new tools, integrations, and AI-driven processes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with HubSpot is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Zapier, n8n, or Make.com is a bonus
- Ability to partner closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams
