Revenue Operations

• Own CRM automations: manage and optimise workflows in HubSpot and Zapier
• Ensure data hygiene: maintain clean, accurate CRM data for Sales and CS
• Report across the org: deliver reports to the Rev Ops Lead, Finance team, and CEO
• Empower outbound sales: build and manage high-quality prospect lists and data sets
• Streamline integrations: connect tools and systems across the go-to-market stack
• Analyse & optimise: track key metrics, uncover insights, and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and revenue growth
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams
