Assist in overseeing the end-to-end operational delivery, shared services and mailing room of card products and services.
Ensure efficient, secure, and compliant management of the card lifecycle.
Support planning and execution of card processes including new card issuance, activation, re-issuance, and deactivation.
Supervise and train a team of cards operations specialists to optimize performance and foster professional development.
Assist in overseeing relationships with key vendors and partners, including card processors, personalization bureaus, and fraud management service providers.
Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, Visa, MasterCard, and Meeza card scheme regulations and all relevant financial compliance standards.
Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of experience in cards operations.
Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead position is required.
Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
