About the role

  • Serve as focal point for development, execution and management of Interventional Urology (IU) contracts with HCPs, Patient Educators, and Vendors
  • Ensure compliance with Coloplast policies and external regulations for contracting and payment activities
  • Maintain oversight of agreement status, draft templated agreements for new contracts and renewals, and communicate with HCPs throughout the process
  • Track status of agreements in process and manage negotiations in partnership with Compliance and Legal
  • File signed contracts in Coloplast systems and process HCP Professional Education invoices
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase contracting efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in Annual Needs Assessment Development across IU with focus on Professional Education
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects related to contracting to meet business needs and streamline processes
  • Optimize processes using policies related to sales, marketing, clinical, and education support activities and implement new processes as relevant
  • Proactively build relationships with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Professional Education, and R&D to ensure alignment and streamline execution
  • Assist with negotiation of contracts and business terms and conditions when requested
  • Ensure corporate requirements, notifications, documentation, record management, database maintenance, and systems updates are met with high-quality data integrity
  • Provide oversight on HCP reimbursement policies, procedures, and invoices and respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
  • Support Coloplast Leadership Promise and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or equivalent
  • 10+ years’ experience working with contracts, project management, or legal department; healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements
  • Excellent understanding of corporate policies and procedures
  • Experience with handling all elements of people management including recruitment activities and administering employee performance reviews
  • Solid business acumen and appreciation of financial contractual implications
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks efficiently and independently with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confidence to apply independent judgment and creativity to contract resolution issues in partnership with legal and compliance stakeholders
  • Proven track record with consistent high performance both academically and professionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization
  • Familiarity with Advamed Code of Ethics on Interactions with Healthcare Professionals and applicable laws/regulations
