About the role
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year
- Prospect in targeted markets via phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Present and sell all business banking products & services to potential customers ethically and professionally
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to enhance cross-sell opportunities
- Adhere to Bank's KYC & AML policy and ensure KYC guidelines during onboarding
- Act as external personal contact between the bank and existing and potential markets
- Conduct micro marketing activities, participate in SME events and direct marketing activities
- Handle objections to close sales
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM for leads and contacts
- Participate in team activities, trainings, and mandatory compliance and fraud trainings
Requirements
- Sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal written
- Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of SME Banking
- Graduate any discipline
- 1-2 years banking sales experience
- Participate in all Team Activities like morning huddles, training and coaching
- Mandatory compliance and fraud trainings
- Lean & rewards celebrations
