About the role
- Manage development and implementation of business plans for product lines
- Own development of comprehensive cases and guide new product introductions from concept to launch
- Monitor product performance against volume, market share, and profit goals and use insights to optimize strategies
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver go-to-market strategies, product launches, and positioning
- Contribute to portfolio strategy including positioning, pricing, features, and services
- Provide competitive intelligence, participate in customer visits, trade shows, and forums
- Collaborate across functions to shape future products and ensure operational readiness
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, including product management and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Strong technical, analytical, and skillful in planning
- Excellent communication and writing abilities
- Ability to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (I-9/E-Verify)
