Drive adoption of Casa Suarez furniture packages across accommodation sectors in South America
Identify, contact, and close deals with new building developments, property management companies, hotels, and short-term rental operators
Initiate contact with key decision-makers and present Casa Suarez furniture solutions
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations; prepare customized proposals, quotes, and contracts
Negotiate terms and close sales agreements; track pipeline and activities in CRM
Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships; conduct regular follow-ups
Provide market feedback and insights to product development and marketing teams
Collaborate with design, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
Travel frequently within South America as required
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales experience
Proven track record selling to B2B clients in hospitality, real estate, or property management sectors (hotels, developers, property managers, short-term rental companies)
Experience with furniture sales or interior design solutions (strong asset)
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong ability to build rapport and establish lasting professional relationships
Highly organized with excellent time management and pipeline management abilities
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Portuguese proficiency is a significant advantage
Willingness to travel frequently within South America
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or geographically dispersed team
