About the role

  • Qualify inbound leads from digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook) and evaluate them as potential customers
  • Initiate first contact with prospects, spark their interest, and gather key information
  • Nurture leads through continuous communication (emails, calls, LinkedIn messages) to build long-term relationships
  • Transfer qualified leads to the sales team via CRM, ensuring a smooth handover and follow-up
  • Conduct data-driven analyses on lead quality, pipeline status, and processing efficiency; responsible for reporting and success measurement
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation processes and implement lead management strategies
  • Acquire deep knowledge of Körber’s portfolio and apply this expertise during lead qualification
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Contribute to developing and executing the digital sales strategy, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales development or digital sales, including customer relationship management
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proactive approach to engaging with prospects
  • Strong organizational skills in sales planning, appointment coordination, and reporting
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot expertise is a significant advantage)
  • Analytical mindset and confidence working with data and performance metrics
  • Curious about digital technologies and motivated to grow professionally
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
