About the role

  • Senior Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity and shapes product direction through strategic design decisions; use AI-enhanced design workflows to prototype and collaborating with engineering and product to deliver meaningful solutions.
  • Reports to Design Manager; work on complex problems spanning platform and business; balance creative exploration with pragmatic delivery; set explicit time boxes for ideation versus detailed definition; measure success by business impact and speed to product-market fit.

Requirements

  • Product design experience with proven ability to drive business outcomes through design
  • Strong proficiency with AI design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) for both ideation and code-based prototyping
  • Deep design systems experience - Building, maintaining, and evolving systems that balance consistency with innovation
  • Strong business acumen - Ability to articulate design decisions as testable hypotheses with measurable impact
  • Remote collaboration excellence - Proven success building relationships and driving outcomes in distributed teams
  • Technical proficiency - Fluent in Figma with working knowledge of HTML/CSS and comfort learning new tools
  • Pragmatic quality approach - Knows where to invest effort for maximum impact, with disciplined testing and follow-through
  • Excellent communication skills - Can present complex concepts to diverse audiences from engineers to executives
