💰 $146,500 - $305,300 per year
About the role
- The Compensation COE forms part of the People Strategy team and leads compensation advisory and solutions with a focus on sales compensation
- Partners with business and HR leaders to design, develop and implement business reward strategies aligned with Marsh McLennan’s objectives
- May lead others on projects and advisory efforts; reports to Marsh Global and US&C Compensation Leader
- Requires working from a local office at least three days per week
- Includes areas of focus such as sales compensation design/effectiveness, budget/pools, executive updates, program effectiveness, and change management
- Monitors external market trends and regulatory requirements; collaborates with cross-functional teams
- May drive enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and projects
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 10 years of compensation-related experience
- Significant experience within total rewards, compensation, or related HR roles with a focus on sales compensation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets
- Advanced proficiency with Excel, including the ability to work with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Discipline to work both individually as well as collaboratively across a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse and global stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability to different cultural contexts
