• Heavy and complex calendar management with independent decision making based on priorities

Executive Support Partner

Manager

• Drive Project delivery – via managing project team and business stakeholders
• Lead Change management and stakeholder engagement, partnering across the ANZ project team, operational logistics, transport vendors, warehouse operations, and external TMS vendor to deliver alignment and clarity
• Drive functional implementation — of new TMS capabilities across all project stages—from concept & ideation (C&I), through user testing and training, to go live support
• Ensure seamless integration between digital TMS solutions and ANZ physical logistics operations—including business units, transportation vendors, and warehousing teams—working collaboratively to embed fit for purpose, user centric processes

Sales Operations Manager

• Develop the framework and act as Centre of Excellence for Sales cluster execution teams to ensure effective Sales call plans, Sales routes, processes and managed systems
• Ensure Sales systems are fit for purpose, maximise ROI, run effectively and provide user-friendly applications for daily business
• Act as Subject Matter Expert and key point of contact for the business regarding Sales systems and processes
• Partner with the regional Sales Effectiveness Manager, Mars IS and external 3rd parties for system development and implementation

Compliance

• Drive engagement and lead the Regulatory Affairs function for Eurasia Cluster
• Ensure compliance in cluster markets for product-related regulation (ingredients, labelling, claims, product registration, packaging, cross-border sanitary conditions)
• Maximize opportunity and minimize risk by guiding business decisions at cluster level based on regulatory insight and governance
• Manage horizon scanning for markets, capturing risks & opportunities to inform stakeholders and influence regulators
• Develop stakeholder mapping and engagement plans with trade associations and regulators
• Provide technical/product/nutritional presentations to internal and external stakeholders

Data Analyst

• This role will be responsible for supporting the market intelligence and advanced analytics for PN Europe to deliver maximum value from the data to drive the business and organisation performance.
• This role will include managing existing analytics and data products, creating and identifying new analytics innovations and capabilities and ongoing improvement/ acquisition of new data.
• Responsibility for governance and development of the Reporting Hub and dashboards.
• Close work with business teams to support analytical needs & fulfil reporting gaps.
• Identify opportunities to deliver new value-added services, advanced analytics, data visualisation and automation.
• Champion standardisation, simplification of ways of working, collaboration across teams and ease of interaction with markets and group functions.
• In cooperation with development & DT teams, creating and building new solutions to improve quality and satisfaction from the analytical service.

Analytics Manager

• The purpose of the NA Regulatory Trade Manager role is to be the primary regional contact point for R&D, factory, and laboratory import and export activities.
• This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all U.S. and Canadian government laws and regulations concerning phytosanitary and health certificate requirements and ensuring business processes associated with cross-border movements function smoothly.
• The Regulatory Trade Manager, part of the NA Regulatory Team, is responsible to ensure trade facilitation and innovation deployment at and from NA factories, enables portfolio expansion and contributes to shape the best route to market sourcing strategy.
• They belong to a community of Mars Petcare and Royal Canin policies that ensure regulatory compliance.
• What are we looking for?
• Lead import/export needs for Royal Canin NA factories, laboratories, and research facilities - activities may include, but are not limited to, assessing of and advising on import/export law and regulations, standardizing permit language, applying for permits, maintenance of records, and phytosanitary compliance.
• Acts as a primary regulatory partner in the projects aimed at opening of the new trade lanes from NA factories.
• Details scenarios, provides Regulatory Risk Assessments, develops engagement strategies for the external stakeholders and authorities.
• Ensure factory facilities and warehouses are prepared for government audits related to the maintenance of trade lanes.
• Primary point of contact for NA regulatory relationship with USDA and CFIA.
• Manage NA laboratory and research import and export record retention requirements, ensuring compliance with import / export phytosanitary laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to import and export control agencies, relevant local government contacts, and laboratory, research, supply chain, and commercial associates to ensure compliance with governmental laws and regulations and to facilitate trade initiatives.
• Implement business procedures, best practices and internal controls necessary to minimize business and legal risk, including creation of SOP's and documented procedures.
• Audit internal operations, procedures, and documentations to verify and ensure phytosanitary compliance.
• Identify and champion continuous improvement projects directly related to the laboratory import / export process.
• Train regional laboratory, factory, and supply associates on phytosanitary and health certificate compliance processes.
• Develops scenarios for the alternative supply solutions in case of sanitary crisis or supply capacity issues.
• Represent Royal Canin with government officials on phytosanitary compliance-related topics.

Sales Support Analyst

Financial Planning and Analysis

• EOS Supply Chain Finance BPO role to enable introduction and roll-out of standard costing within Royal Canin as part of Mars’ S/4HANA transformation.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Finance Tower Lead, other BPOs, P2F, S2P, Tax and MGS segments to support Standard Costing lifecycle and global deployment strategy.
• Ensure robust testing of global design, translate deployment feedback, and propose design updates to segment and global teams.
• Support and manage change with local, regional and global business teams in close collaboration with PMO, CXO and regional deployment teams.
• Lead pilot deployments in Poland (market and factory focus), support and train local supply chain leads/Key Users and regional deployment teams.
• After pilots, shift focus globally to secure quality deployment, business continuity, global learning and potential global design optimisation.
• Key responsibilities include global template translation & testing, local UAT coordination, process deployment, acting as Center of Excellence, continuous learning, leadership, conflict management, and problem-solving.
