About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the brand EC channel co-pilot, track and diagnose business performance
- Act as the channel representative in brand NPD projects, provide channel insights for product design
- Develop exclusive launch & activation plans and set targets during product development
- Prepare pre-launch toolkits, track post-launch performance, monitor and review targets
- Lead channel-dedicated C2M projects
- Coordinate cross-team resources to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery
- Take charge of channel insight, planning, resource integration, execution and review of brand campaigns
- Regularly deliver brand business scorecard and channel diagnosis
- Participate in EC transformation projects to improve investment efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in EC trade marketing and brand operations
- Strong business analysis and insight generation capabilities
- Proven NPD, campaign and cross-functional project leadership
- Excellent execution, problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong result orientation and adaptability in fast-paced environment
- Good written and oral English
