About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of Rewards Managers: Provide people leadership, mentorship, and talent management across multiple geographies.
- Own the Mars Job Framework: Manage the job evaluation process, maintain the job catalog, and ensure alignment between roles, the organization, and the Mars Pay Framework by adopting high Rewards governance standards.
- Oversee MGS Rewards Operations: Ensure high-quality, timely service delivery, proper resourcing for business-as-usual and transformational projects, and enable service expansion to generate greater value.
- Plan, manage, and deploy digital projects: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital fabric of HR and Rewards, ensuring engagement and commitment from all relevant teams and resources for successful project delivery.
- Stay curious about emerging digital solutions: Actively explore new digital innovations in the external market to address our needs and help deliver our future vision for Rewards at Mars.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or a relevant field
- 10+ years in HR management, preferably in a shared services/GBS environment
- Understanding of Total Rewards concepts is a plus
- Digital acumen and business acumen
- Proven record of successful project planning and delivery
- Ability to align conflicting interests among different groups and facilitate decision-making
- Experience in planning and delivering digital projects
- Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
- Fluent English is a must.
