About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of Rewards Managers: Provide people leadership, mentorship, and talent management across multiple geographies.
  • Own the Mars Job Framework: Manage the job evaluation process, maintain the job catalog, and ensure alignment between roles, the organization, and the Mars Pay Framework by adopting high Rewards governance standards.
  • Oversee MGS Rewards Operations: Ensure high-quality, timely service delivery, proper resourcing for business-as-usual and transformational projects, and enable service expansion to generate greater value.
  • Plan, manage, and deploy digital projects: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital fabric of HR and Rewards, ensuring engagement and commitment from all relevant teams and resources for successful project delivery.
  • Stay curious about emerging digital solutions: Actively explore new digital innovations in the external market to address our needs and help deliver our future vision for Rewards at Mars.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or a relevant field
  • 10+ years in HR management, preferably in a shared services/GBS environment
  • Understanding of Total Rewards concepts is a plus
  • Digital acumen and business acumen
  • Proven record of successful project planning and delivery
  • Ability to align conflicting interests among different groups and facilitate decision-making
  • Experience in planning and delivering digital projects
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
  • Fluent English is a must.
