About the role
- Maintain Fire & Security systems in assigned area in line with current standards and customer requirements
- Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems
- Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits in your area
- Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits
- Maintain stock levels with support from the Stores team
- Attend training sessions and Engineering team meetings as required
- Identify personal training and development needs to provide best possible customer service
- Work on client sites across the UK and contribute to the service engineering team
Requirements
- A technical background in the electrical / electronic industry
- Good all-round knowledge of Fire and Security Systems
- Experience of front-line customer contact preferred
- Excellent organisational skills
- A professional and presentable demeanour
- An ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Right to Work in the UK required; employer cannot provide sponsorship
