About the role
- First point of contact for new, prospective and existing UK and Ireland customers
- Provide professional customer service through understanding of business services, products and procedures
- Accurately manage the client’s expectation for the next steps
- Resolve issues at first contact where possible
- Handle customer service, complaint handling, web & chat, outbound calls and customer feedback support
- Meet performance indicators: call monitoring scores, telephony performance (inbound/outbound volumes, average call duration), accuracy of log updates, complaint resolution, customer satisfaction, average speed to completion, email response speed and accuracy, chat quality
- Collaborate with team and follow Data Protection Act requirements
- Work in a hybrid environment
Requirements
- Tertiary Education in a related field advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- UK Customer Call Center experience essential
- Evidence of sufficient experience to demonstrate ability
- Strong values in customer service
- Good initiative and judgement skills
- Team player
- Customer Focus: excelling at customer service & able to build rapport
- Familiar with Data Protection Act
- Communication skills: both verbal and written including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment
