About the role

  • First point of contact for new, prospective and existing UK and Ireland customers
  • Provide professional customer service through understanding of business services, products and procedures
  • Accurately manage the client’s expectation for the next steps
  • Resolve issues at first contact where possible
  • Handle customer service, complaint handling, web & chat, outbound calls and customer feedback support
  • Meet performance indicators: call monitoring scores, telephony performance (inbound/outbound volumes, average call duration), accuracy of log updates, complaint resolution, customer satisfaction, average speed to completion, email response speed and accuracy, chat quality
  • Collaborate with team and follow Data Protection Act requirements
  • Work in a hybrid environment

Requirements

  • Tertiary Education in a related field advantageous
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
  • UK Customer Call Center experience essential
  • Evidence of sufficient experience to demonstrate ability
  • Strong values in customer service
  • Good initiative and judgement skills
  • Team player
  • Customer Focus: excelling at customer service & able to build rapport
  • Familiar with Data Protection Act
  • Communication skills: both verbal and written including excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
