About the role
- Maintain Fire & Security Systems in assigned area, ensuring compliance with current standards and customer requirements
- Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems (routine and reactive)
- Plan and respond to routine and reactive call visits in the area
- Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits
- Maintain stock levels with support from the Stores team
- Attend training sessions and Engineering team meetings as required
- Identify personal training and development needs to improve customer service
- Work on client sites across the UK, operating systems including Fire, Intruder, CCTV and Access Control
- Deliver world-class customer service and contribute to the engineering team
Requirements
- Technical background in the electrical / electronic industry
- Good all-round knowledge of Fire and Security Systems
- Experience of front-line customer contact preferred
- Excellent organisational skills
- Professional and presentable demeanour
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship provided)
