About the role
- Facilitating the successful adoption of Chrome Enterprise solutions (CEC and CEP)
- Act as an expert to guide customers of all sizes and industries in integrating Chrome Enterprise
- Serve as a technical concierge to navigate onboarding and resolve technical/account issues
- Deliver product demos and assist Support Specialists with large deals and rollout timelines
- Meticulously document customer interactions and use cases in CRM tools
- Proactively nurture customer relationships and prepare them for potential upsells
- Address diverse customer questions and direct customers to appropriate resources
Requirements
- Ability to speak and write in German and English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 year in customer success or CRM roles for SaaS products with strong performance track record
- 2 years’ experience in customer success or resolution roles for a SaaS product
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Technical or customer engineering experience
- Experience with technical support and troubleshooting for a SaaS product
- Ability to develop and grow senior-level relationships with clients
