About the role
- Lead a high-performing sales team focused on supporting and expanding AssistRx technology solutions for healthcare providers (HCPs)
- Oversee both Account Executives and Provider Success Specialists (team of 6: 3 AEs, 3 Provider Success Specialists)
- Report to the Chief Growth Officer and align sales efforts with organizational growth goals
- Set clear goals and expectations, coach performance, and support career development
- Monitor daily operations to ensure effective team performance and accountability
- Support CRM strategy with commercial operations leadership
- Own and execute strategies to drive adoption and expansion of HCP-facing products
- Create and maintain sales enablement resources and best practices
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to inform campaigns and roadmaps based on field feedback
- Design and manage commission structures; track performance metrics and payouts
- Oversee territory alignment and equitable distribution of leads and opportunities
- Develop regular performance reports and dashboards; analyze trends to improve retention and conversion
- Report on team productivity, provider engagement, and platform growth
- Monitor usage and engagement to proactively reduce attrition; develop retention strategies and workflows
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably within healthcare or SaaS
- Proven experience managing both inside and field sales teams
- Strong analytical skills with experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting tools
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- Experience designing and administering sales compensation plans
- Preferred: Experience in HCP-facing sales or working with HCP-facing platforms
- Preferred: Background in managing multi-channel sales efforts (digital, phone, in-person)
- Preferred: Understanding of provider workflows and the healthcare ecosystem
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree
