Own and grow a portfolio of small-to-mid-sized restaurant clients as a quota-bearing role focused on cross-sell, upsell, and expansion revenue
Conduct account reviews with key stakeholders to uncover underutilized features, educate operators, and position additional MarginEdge solutions that align with their needs
Build strong relationships with operators and decision makers, becoming a trusted advisor while driving sales growth
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for expansion and upsell revenue
Partner with marketing, product, and support teams to design campaigns, resources, and solutions that accelerate expansion opportunities
Maintain detailed account plans and forecasts, accurately tracking pipeline and progress in Salesforce
Serve as a point contact for resources on training and services for MarginEdge tools (inventory, budgeting, recipe costing, etc.) to help clients realize value and naturally progress toward add-on purchases
Capture and relay client feedback to internal teams to influence product roadmap and customer experience improvements
Participate in occasional travel for client reviews, trainings, or company-wide events
Act as a trusted advisor by conducting consultative account reviews, uncovering underutilized features, and recommending additional MarginEdge solutions
Requirements
2+ years experience with demonstrated success in a quota-carrying sales, account management, or customer success role, with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
Hands-on front/back-of-house restaurant experience in a managerial role (multi-unit experience a plus, but not required)
Strong communication and consultative selling skills—able to guide without being “salesy”
Knowledge of Salesforce, ChurnZero, or other CRM/engagement tools a plus
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-scaling environment
Entrepreneurial mindset & a builder mentality
Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
Team player who can also work independently
Full-time availability during 9am–6pm EST
