B2B territory sales with a focus on prospecting and selling complex software products and services to new SMB and Enterprise customers
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new accounts
Identify areas for providing additional value to existing accounts and grow revenue
Orchestrate sales through channel partners and resellers
Understand the prospect's needs and market solutions that align with those needs
Uncover and understand customer requirements to recommend and sell Autodesk products or industry solutions
Promote and educate both customers and channel partners on selling software as a service in a subscription-based software license model
Provide the best customer experience
Expand opportunities and increase average deal sizes by up-selling add-ons and cross-selling Autodesk products
Present accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales targets
Account planning including profiling, positioning strategy, needs analysis, business justifications, opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long-range account management strategies
Report to the Director of Inside Sales
Requirements
Required Languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese
At least 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
College/University bachelor’s degree
Quota-carrying sales experience selling complex technology solutions, particularly in SaaS
Previous B2B sales experience selling to SMB or Enterprise accounts
Proven experience using Salesforce
Demonstrated success in a structured, disciplined sales environment that includes strategic and collaborative/team selling
Experience selling through channel partners
Experience forecasting and reporting on territory/account activity
Relentless focus on learning our industries to consistently exceed sales targets
Preferred: Experience in the software industry, particularly with Autodesk products
Preferred: Familiarity with digital design and manufacturing solutions
Preferred: Knowledge of subscription-based sales models and SaaS platforms
Preferred: Strong network and relationships within Enterprise sectors
Preferred: Additional certification in sales or related fields
Preferred: Experience with advanced sales tools and techniques
Preferred: Proven ability to mentor and train junior sales team members
