About the role
- Drive significant revenue growth within assigned SMB portfolio by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets and identifying expansion opportunities
- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure adoption, address needs, and identify growth opportunities
- Minimize customer churn and maximize retention by delivering value and acting as a trusted advisor
- Conduct regular account health reviews, communicating value and strategies for partnership and growth
- Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses to uncover opportunities and foster long-term strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Legal, Accounting, Product) to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Provide accurate and timely weekly revenue forecasts to leadership
- Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene by updating opportunities and account information
- Serve as a product advocate and communicate customer feedback to Product team
- Participate in ongoing enablement and company-provided training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements

- 2-3+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying Account Manager or Account Executive role, ideally within the SaaS industry
- Strong computer skills; previous Gong, Slack, Salesforce, SalesLoft and/or PandaDoc experience
- Proven ability to accurately forecast revenue and contribute to reliable business projections
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the SMB market and its challenges and opportunities
