Drive significant revenue growth within assigned SMB portfolio by exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets and identifying expansion opportunities
Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure adoption, address needs, and identify growth opportunities
Minimize customer churn and maximize retention by delivering value and acting as a trusted advisor
Conduct regular account health reviews, communicating value and strategies for partnership and growth
Develop deep understanding of clients' businesses to uncover opportunities and foster long-term strategic partnerships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Legal, Accounting, Product) to ensure seamless customer experiences
Provide accurate and timely weekly revenue forecasts to leadership
Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene by updating opportunities and account information
Serve as a product advocate and communicate customer feedback to Product team
Participate in ongoing enablement and company-provided training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
