About the role
- Own and author the partnership strategy for MarginEdge and continue to grow the partnership ecosystem
- Sit on the growth team and report directly to the CRO
- Build traditional referral partners, product partnerships, and explore M&A opportunities
- Grow relationships and discover channels and strategies to maximize partnership-driven growth and efficiency
- Identify moments of market alignment and partnership opportunities within the hospitality tech ecosystem
- Harness team members’ strengths to align growth strategy with organizational priorities
- Employ AI-enabled GTM experiments to accelerate outcomes and identify clear places to implement AI
- Be a meticulous measurer: design experiments, measure outcomes, and pivot quickly when needed
- Design, negotiate, and finalize partnership agreements and revenue-sharing structures
- Empower and manage teams, build cross-department bridges, and inspire stakeholders
Requirements
- 7-10 years relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Management experience (with a wake of glowing reviews from previous teams!)
- Self-professed hospitality zealotry with experience building partnerships in a high-growth environment
- Proven experience in designing, negotiating and finalizing contracts, including partnership agreements and revenue-sharing structures
- Experience building and managing to key performance metrics and a fluency in measuring partnership outcomes
- A go-big-or-go-home mindset complemented with data savvy and an aptitude for analytics
- Willingness to experiment, measure outcomes, and quickly stop initiatives that don’t work
- Experience in the software industry
- Experience in B2B SaaS growth
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience in M&A
- Local to the DMV (Washington, DC / Maryland / Virginia area)
