About the role
- Manage and develop a Salesforce technical team, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce CRM to meet organizational needs.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for Salesforce development and administration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
- Plan and execute Salesforce upgrades, new feature deployments, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with other IT teams for cross-platform integrations and enterprise architecture alignment.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technical teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
- Seven (7) years systems analysis/programming experience in a business environment is required.
- Experience in technical roles, covering development, administration, and enterprise-level solution delivery.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform Developer II, Administrator).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
