Calling leads and qualifying them based on assets and retirement timelines.
If the client’s calendar is open, do live transfer (priority); if not, book the lead directly on their calendar.
Conduct light follow-ups for leads already scheduled for Zoom appointments.
Support advisors to consistently close qualified leads, which drives client retention.
Requirements
Must have excellent communication skills.
Neutral and pleasant accent is required since the role involves cold calling and engaging with high-net-worth individuals.
Professionalism on the phone is a priority.
Candidate must have their own equipment (no required specifications).
Reliable back up internet - nice to have.
Noise-cancelling headset - nice to have.
Schedule: Aligned with US Time Zones (Eastern, Central, or Mountain); Standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may be adjusted depending on the number of clients being managed).
