Your efforts will highlight SeaDream's exceptional luxury offerings, driving growth in yacht charters and individual bookings.
Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with travel professionals and advisors to grow sales.
Generate new business by effectively communicating the value of SeaDream’s unique luxury experiences.
Conduct engaging face-to-face meetings, presentations, and training sessions.
Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure ongoing business growth.
Meet and exceed clearly defined sales targets and KPIs.
Represent SeaDream at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
Sales experience in luxury travel, hospitality, yachting, or similar high-end sectors.
Proven track record selling to high-net-worth (HNW/UHNW) individuals or through travel industry partners.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 70-80% within the designated multi-state territory (typically 3-4 nights per week).
Demonstrable record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong professional references confirming past performance and successful sales history.
Fluent in spoken and written English with strong presentation skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Residence in Texas is mandatory for territory management.
