About the role
- Support agile development rituals, artifact development, and tool maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate artifact preparation and facilitate check-in meetings (e.g., program increment reviews).
- Administer and sustain reports, documentation, and Agile tools within JIRA and Confluence.
- Support new user onboarding and ongoing user management as requested.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure agile tools and data structures align with software delivery goals.
- Maintain and evolve JIRA/Confluence configurations in line with strategic program objectives.
- Support the Agile Software Development and Open Computing Environment team within PEO-FW under HQ USSOCOM/SOF AT&L.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- 3-7 years of experience as a JIRA Administrator in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with JIRA workflows, dashboards, custom fields, and integrations.
- Experience supporting artifact creation and agile ceremonies.
- Proficient in Confluence and plug-ins such as ScriptRunner or Automation for Jira.
- Comfortable operating within highly secure government facilities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Scrum master experience is a plus.
