About the role
- Lead the residential roofing company as Partner & CEO and serve as the ultimate decision-maker
- Oversee and scale operations, field work, and project delivery
- Use Mainshares platform resources, advisors, and vendor relationships to support operations
- Drive growth: expand the company footprint, strengthen customer relationships, and introduce new offerings
- Recruit, train, and motivate crews; maintain a culture of quality and safety
- Manage budgets, P&L, and use metrics to drive performance and profitability
- Ensure licensing, permits, codes, and safety compliance
- Collaborate with mentors, experienced owners, and advisors to support business execution
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of leadership in roofing, construction, or related trades
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with strong operational background and interest in building teams
- Familiarity with roofing systems and ability to oversee day-to-day field work and project delivery
- Experience in customer relationship management, local marketing, and driving new residential projects
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate crews while maintaining a culture of quality and safety
- Experience managing budgets, P&L, and using metrics to drive performance and profitability
- Understanding of roofing permits, codes, and safety regulations
- Authorized to work in the US
- Willingness to relocate; relocation may be required for this role
