About the role

  • Provide support to the U.S. Federal Sales team serving civilian agencies, Department of Defense and the intelligence community
  • Support the sales team by performing administrative duties
  • Opportunity management, creation of sales quotes and entering purchase orders as needed
  • Collaborate with sales enablement and revenue operations on sales analytics and Salesforce reports
  • Uphold complete and accurate records of all customer activities in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Prepare required sales literature to facilitate the selling process
  • Liaise with legal, finance or channel account team for license and channel partner agreement modifications
  • Work with Operations teams to ensure products and services are efficiently delivered
  • Event and conference preparation and coordination; assist driving attendance to Magnet-led events and workshops
  • Coordinate resources, schedules and timelines for assigned projects
  • Promote positive working relationships with all internal and external customers

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Experience working in Salesforce is a must
  • A customer centric approach
  • Knowledge of the U.S. Federal Government is a plus
  • Satisfactory completion of a background check (contingent upon offer)
